Fundamentals training for Grade School age (3rd-5th grades). It’s never to early to start. Kids with a general interest or a deep passion are both welcome in these fundamental sessions. Single, multiple, seasonal, and year long packages are available. Winter Freshman Workout times above.
Basketball I.Q. classroom sessions for all ages (3rd grade & Up). The players knowledge of the game is just as important as their physical condition or shooting ability. These sessions are topically driven, interactive, and geared toward enhancing everyone’s basketball I.Q. IQ Class session times above.
Junior Varsity – Monday’s at 7:30-9:00pm / Thursday’s at 7:00-8:30pm / Sunday’s at 2:00-3:00pm at PCHS
Skills & IQ training for Middle School age (6th-8th grades). Competition gets more intense at this age & player development happens at it’s fastest pace. Players begin to take their game beyond the basics in these sessions. Single, multiple, seasonal, and year long packages are available. Winter JV Workout times above.
